The charming city is easy to reach by public transport. Besides the railway, bus lines run through the whole Villach area. If you would rather drive, you can easily reach the nearby motorway. At the Villach motorway junction you can turn onto the A10, the A11 or the A2. The city also has the public Landeskrankenhaus Villach as well as numerous doctors’ surgeries and pharmacies. The Hauptplatz with its many cafés and plenty of shops invites you to a romantic shopping stroll or to linger at your leisure. The ATRIO shopping centre outside the city centre offers even more shopping.
