Spring is already in the starting blocks and with it the well-known Faaker farmers' market, which is popular far beyond the region's borders. This traditionally opens at the beginning of May and closes at the end of September. Don't miss this popular meeting place for young and old alike.
In addition to regional delicacies and homemade agricultural delicacies, visitors can also purchase handmade souvenirs as well as handicrafts and artwork at the numerous stands. In a cosy and convivial atmosphere, you can enjoy sandwiches, honey schnapps or apple juice while chatting with your loved ones. Afterwards, take a stroll through the Faaker Bauernmarkt, where you can savour excellent Carinthian delicacies or simply enjoy the mild weather.
The Faaker farmers' market takes place every Thursday from May to the end of September between 17:00 and 22:30 (with the exception of European Bike Week).
