In the Thermal-Urquellbecken Warmbad Villach you do not bathe in thermal water piped in from somewhere else. You bathe in the spring itself, and that is unique in Europe.

Fine gas bubbles rise from the gravel bed and gently massage your body. The water comes from seven Warmbad springs and is 25 to 29 °C.

## Why the Urquellbecken is worth it for your relaxation

Every three hours the pool renews itself completely from the spring. Celts and Romans bathed here more than 2,000 years ago, which at least suggests that its effect is nothing new.
